How do you create a form for the GHG carbon footprint?

To create a form for the GHG carbon footprint, first click on Forms management.

Now click on New form.

A new dialog opens in which basic questions about the form are clarified. 

- Name of the form, serves for the name that is displayed internally in the system
- The title is the name that is displayed to people who can submit answers externally
- Area. You should definitely select the GHG-Forms area here, because only then will the form be displayed later in the GHG carbon footprint
- Also select the correct Year under review in which you require the form. Each year has its own reports.

Now confirm the form by clicking on Create.

A new dialog box opens. Forms can be subdivided by steps in the module; you can first confirm this message by clicking on Save. It allows you to create a more targeted subdivision of question areas in the form.

Once you have confirmed the step field by clicking Save, the form designer opens. Here you can create the form piece by piece. In the GHG carbon footprint, the fields Emission factor and Formula are required in particular.

By dragging and dropping the fields to the right-hand side of the screen, you can enter the emission factors and formulas.

When you have finished editing, click on Save to save the form.

Each new form is initially saved as a draft so that it is not accidentally selected for editing without being completed. After saving, navigate to the Overview button.

Now search for the name of the form and click on the Change state field for the form of your choice.

A new dialog opens. Now click on Active and press Continue.

As soon as you have clicked on Continue, the form for the GHG carbon footprint for the desired reporting year will be available.
