How can I grant an internal user access to a client?

This chapter explains how an internal user can be granted access to a client.

There are two ways to grant an internal user access to a client.

For the first method, navigate to Client management.

Now click on the editing pen of the client for which you want to grant access for an internal user.

You will be guided through various windows in a new dialog box. In the Define access rights dialog, you can assign a user to the client using the drop-down menu.

Then click on Continue.

In the last dialog window, you can finalize the change with the Save button.

For the alternative method, navigate to the User management and click on Internal users.

Now click on the editing pen of the user to whom you want to grant access to a client.

If the user is ONLY an internal user (only the internal user checkbox is ticked), the following query appears and you can grant the user access to a client.

Now select a client from the drop-down menu. All previously assigned clients are highlighted in color.

To finally confirm the change, click on the Save button.
