System Administrator Training

This training is for System Administrators that will be responsible for managing the compliance platform.  Throughout your learning experience you will encounter on-demand learning designed as pre-work prior to joining our virtual live working sessions.

We cover 4 main topics

• Foundations will help you understand the elements that make up your platform.
• Forms Configuration will enable you to manage and understand data collection in your platform.
• Workflow Templates enable your organization to define standard procedures for routine objects through a series of steps.
• Reporting, being able to extract data is necessary for your role as a System Administrator, we have a wizard-based method to developing reports for your organization.

Introduction to Compliance (On-Demand)

This self-study online course provides you with a high-level introduction to the system and explores the concepts around the main areas of responsibility: security model, workflow templates and forms configuration.  This is a great course to help gain and understanding of what a System Administrator will be required to do.
