Even after restoring a department, it is still not visible in the UI.

Problem

I deleted the CyberSecurity department and marked it as active again in the R1 Utility Tool, but it is still not displaying in the system interface.

Cause

The system's UI will only display the department if all of its assigned facilities are active. Therefore, you need to check whether all assigned facilities are active.

Solution

1. Load the departments in the R1 utility tool. Find the department, remove the other departments from the list, mark it as active, and publish it.
2. Load the Departments_to_Facilities table and find the department (Cyber Security, in this case), take notes of all assigned facilities and its IDs:

3. Now, load the Facilities Table and filter by the assigned facilities. Mark them all as active. Then, remove the unnecessary facilities from the list and publish the changes.

4. The department should reappear in the system's UI.

Then, in the R1 Utility Tool, you can adjust the assigned facilities and mark the unnecessary ones as inactive again.
