We are aware that some customers are experiencing log-in delays or a temporary outage.

We’ve completed our investigation and identified an issue within the Risk Portal. As a temporary measure, we will be disabling the Risk Portal to ensure you can continue working in the application without further disruption.
Our team is actively troubleshooting the root cause, and we will provide updates as soon as a permanent resolution is identified.

Resolved:
We have identified the root cause of the issue as a firewall configuration change that occurred following the GCP migration. 
Our team re-enabled the access, and full portal functionality has been restored.
