In this section, we will show you how to attach a form to an audit.

To add a form to an audit, click on Due Diligence. Screenshot 2024-11-15 at 12.55.25

Select the form that you would like to attach to the audit. Forms can be added and edited in the form management. Screenshot 2024-11-15 at 13.07.52
